Classic Tonkotsu with Garlic
This is their most popular dish it's their tonkatsu with added slow cooked garlic cloves and garlic oil. Everything is the way it should be the broth is very rich it has a decent amount of fattiness but it's not overpoweringly fatty the noodles were chewy there were some extra bamboo, nori, egg… the only thing holding back from giving me giving it five stars it's a bit pricey, with small portions and the soup should have been hotter.
